Taking summer class at campus 55 mins away. Is making the drive a few times a week very annoying? Or is it ok?

The drive taking an hour each way because of distance won't be an annoying drive. If it's an hour because of heavy rush hour traffic then it will be annoying, in my opinion at least. It's a matter of, is it an hour simply because it's a long distance, or because traffic gets bad.
