Anybody heard of Balloon Distractions company?

I received my job offer today and I was planning on starting up. My only concern is that you are paid in tips while BD promises up to $60 a shift which sounds good for me. I want to know if anybody has any experience dealing with or working for this company and can offer me an insight on what to expect?
