Is it legal for parents to take money out of your bank account without permission?

I have saved up about 300 dollars in my bank account. And i have wanted to buy a nice camera for years now. My parents have been tight on money for bills. So my mother took out ALL of my money to pay bills, she didn't ask or tell me she was going to use it for bills. So today i was going to buy one before we went on a trip to washington and she told me that she used it for bills and cannot pay me back until she next gets payed. That money was from hardworking babysitting and lemonade stands and etc. Now i have to wait until July 15 to get my money and camera. IS THAT EVEN LEGAL?
